摘要
合成了萘酰亚胺衍生物2-[2-(二甲基氨基)乙基]-6-2-(2-羟乙胺基)乙胺基-1H-苯并异喹啉-1,3(2H)-二酮;利用元素分析、核磁共振谱及质谱分析了其组成和结构;利用MTT法测定了其对人肝癌细胞(HepG2)、人乳腺癌细胞(MDA-MB-231)及人结肠癌细胞(HCT-116)的体外活性.结果表明,标题化合物的体外抗肿瘤活性优于对照品氨萘非特.
A naphthalimide derivative, 2- { 2- (dimethylamino) ethyl }-6- { 2- ( 2-hydroxyethylamino) ethylamino}-lH-benzo [de] isoquinoline-1,3(2H)-dione, was synthesized. Its composition and structure were analyzed by elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry and mass spectrometry. Moreover, its in vitro antitumor activity against human hepatoma cell (HepG2), human breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231) and human colon cancer cells (HCT- 116) was evaluated using MTT assay method. Results show that the title compound possesses better antitumor activiy than amonafide as the control.
