With the practices on the mine safety management and control mode building in Suntuan Mine of Huaibei Coal Min- ing Group, the operation law of the safety management and control mode in the coal enterprise was sought. With the actual conditions of Suntuan Mine, an effective discovery was conducted on the building, check-up operation and guarantee system of the mine safety management and control mode.
