摘要
封盖机的特点是结构简单、加工容易、维修方便、经济实用。其中曲柄滑块机构因其制造简单,磨损轻,寿命长,实现较高精度等优点,被大多数封盖机所采用。在设计中,通过对平面曲柄滑块机构进行数学建模,用MATLAB编程,输入曲柄滑块机构的机构参数和运动参数,实现对整个机构的运动学仿真分析。
Capping machine is simple-structure, easy-processing, easy-maintenance, economical and practical. Andcrank-slider mechanism is adapted by most capping machine because of easy processing, mild wear, long life and higher precision. In this design, the math model of plane crank-slider mechanism is established. Inputting the mechanism and movement parameters of crank-slider mechanism in MATLAB, the simulation of the whole mechanism movement is analyzed.
