摘要
以泰和乌骨鸡为素材 ,研究 2~ 2 8周龄血浆碱性磷酸酶 ( PAKP)水平和肌肉脂肪含量的变化规律以及体重、PAKP水平与肌肉脂肪含量的相互关系。结果表明 :年龄对 PAKP水平、肌肉脂肪含量有显著的影响 ( P<0 .0 5)。随体重和年龄的增加 ,PAKP水平有降低的趋势 ;而肌肉脂肪含量基本呈下降趋势 ,在 2~ 1 2周龄间下降较为明显 ,胸肌、腿肌脂肪含量在 1 6~ 2 8周龄间各自有不同程度的波动 ,很可能与性成熟等因素有关。除公鸡的 PAKP水平显著高于母鸡外( P<0 .0 5) ,性别对肌肉脂肪含量无显著影响 ( P>0 .0 5)。体重与腿肌脂肪含量和 PAKP水平间存在极显著的负相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,腿肌脂肪含量与 PAKP水平间存在极显著的正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 )。
In this paper, change rule of plasma alkaline phosphatase (PAKP) level and muscle fat content and correlation among body weight, PAKP level and muscle fat content in silkies from 2 to 28 weeks of age are studied. The results show that the age has a significant effect on PAKP level and muscle fat content (\%P\%<0.05). With the body weight and age changing, PAKP levels are decreasing continously and muscle fat contents are decreasing totally. The decrease of muscle fat content is obvious before 12 weeks of age. Vibration of muscle fat contents happens from 16 to 28 weeks of age, this vibration maybe have relations with sex matunity et al. Cock′s PAKP level is significantly higher than hen′s (\%P\%<0.05), and the sex has no effect on muscle fat content (\%P\%>0.05). There is negative relationship significantly between body weight and thigh fat content, body weight and PAKP level (\%P\%<0.01), and there is positive relationship significantly between thigh fat content and PAKP level (\%P\%<0.01).
