交易费用理论视角下的河北省物流园区建设研究

A Research on Construction of Hebei's Logistics Park from the Perspective of Transaction Cost Theory

通过对物流市场的交易成本经济学分析,结合河北省物流产业集群的政府功能,基于交易费用对物流园区运作的影响效应和物流园区内交易的不确定性的视角,探求交易双赢的有效路径,提出可供我省物流园区规划与建设的有效策略。

Based on a cost analysis of transactions on logistics market, and with consideration of functions played by government in Hebei＇s logistics industry, a possible way to achieve win-win situation is explored from the perspective of influence of transaction cost on operation of logistics park, and from the uncertainty of transactions within the park, and effective strategies are put forward for planning and construction of logistics parks in Hebei province, so as to give full play to the role of the logistics park in local economic development.
