The Campus Culture to Promote College Development

学校文化建设对于强化学校内涵建设,打造办学特色,提升办学水平具有重要的意义。学校文化建设面临着许多问题:对学校文化建设目的意义不清楚;内涵认识不深,理解片面;呈现功利驱动;缺少长远规划;缺乏深入研究和科学论证;价值观没有发挥导向引领作用。针对问题,提出了强化内涵,促进学校文化建设的策略。

Campus culture is of vital significance for strengthening the school＇s development, building characteristics and improving education. It is also an integral part of socialist cultural development. However, it is facing a lot of problems： failure to realize the importance of campus culture, one-sided understanding of the agenda, utilitarian actions, lack of long-term planning and of in-depth research and scientific research, and not being guided by correct values. In response to these problems, strategies are put forward to develop campus culture by strengthening internal capacities.
