摘要
高校师德师风塑造中的价值认同主要是教师对自身在社会主流要求和良性期望中的价值定位和定向,教师与高校组织在观念上对高校精神文化内涵的认可和共享,并最终表现为学校师德师风共同价值观念的形成。厘清高校师德师风塑造中的价值认同问题,对高校应对经济全球化和市场经济,提升高等教育质量,培育高校教师素质具有重要意义。为此,高校教师要把高校师德师风价值认同升华为职业理想信念,内化为责任与使命,融入到教学、科研与生活中,全面提高自身素质。
Value recognition of teachers' morality is mainly concerned with the teachers' value orientation in the mainstream requirements and expectations of society, as well as recognition and sharing of college spiritual culture connotation by the teachers and university, and finally the formation of teachers' morality and common values. It also of significance to clarify the value recognition problem, because it would help universities adapt to the economic globalization and market economy well, promote education quality and cultivate quality university teachers. Therefore, teachers must sublimate morality recognition to their professional ideals and faith, to their responsibility and mission, and internalize it to their teaching, scientific research and everyday life.
