摘要
以黄河某特大桥承台施工为背景,采用有限元软件进行三维温度场水化热分析,考虑分层浇筑,模拟承台在昼夜温差达20℃时采用两种不同管径和无冷却管时的温度分布规律,给出承台最高温度值的分布位置。数值模拟结果与实测结果吻合良好,根据计算结果提出了冷却管管径选择建议。
Associated with the extra larg plaform construction of a bridge crossing the Yellow River,the temperature field is simulated using finite element software,considering the layer pouring to acquire the temperature distribution regulation in the pile cap with different cooling pipes and without the cooling pipe in the region with 20 degree temperature difference.The simuilated results agree with the measured results well.The distribution of the highest temperature point is presented.The suggestion of choosing the appropriate cooling pipe is also given in this paper.
