胃肝样腺癌1例
摘要
1病例报告患者女性，62岁，因间歇性上腹部疼痛1．5个月于2011—07—07入院。自2011年5月中旬开始无明显诱因出现上腹部胀痛，间歇性发作，不放散，伴恶心、呕吐胃内容物，无胆汁及咖啡样物，反酸，无烧心，偶有嗳气，食欲减退，体重下降约5kg。病后曾在当地医院接受上消化道钡餐透视检查，提示为胃占位性病变。既往体健。
