山西省煤炭类高职学生心理健康影响因素分析

Influential factors of mental health of students in a vocational college of coal industry

摘要 目的了解高职类学生心理健康现状,分析影响大学生心理健康影响因素,为改善大学生心理健康水平制定策略提供依据。方法以山西某高职学校2009级全体学生为调查对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、大学生人格问卷(UPI)和大学生家庭情况调查问卷以自填问卷方式进行现况调查,以SCL-90、UPI双阳性判定为"病例",进行病例对照研究,采用SPSS13.0软件进行单因素分析和多元logistic回归分析心理健康的影响因素。结果母亲职业为农民及母亲受教育水平较高是学生心理健康的保护因素,OR值分别为0.270(0.142-0.515)及0.641(0.496-0.830),学生不喜欢本专业、父母对孩子教育意见不一致及不经常和父母谈心是学生心理健康危险因素,OR值分别为1.714(1.048-2.802)、1.592(1.195-2.122)和1.327(1.029-1.712)。结论在学校进行后期干预的同时,通过家庭对尚未形成的心理问题进行预防和引导,共同关注学生心理健康,是提升学生心理健康水平的积极措施。 Objective To investigate the current status of mental health of students in vocational colleges of coal industry,and to explore its influential factors for providing a basis for making measures to improve the students' mental health. Methods All students in a vocational college of coal industry were investigated with SCL-90 and university personality inventory(UPI) and questionnaire on students' family situation.The univariate analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results The mother's vocation of peasant(OR=0.270,95%CI 0.142-0.515)and the higher mother's education(OR=0.641,95%CI 0.496-0.830)were the preventive factors for the mental health of students.That students don't like the profession(OR=1.714,95%CI 1.048-2.802),the disagreement of parents to the children in the education(OR=1.592,95%CI 1.195-2.122),and unusual communication between children and parents(OR=1.327,95%CI 1.029-1.712)were the risk factors for the mental health of students. Conclusion Intervention of colleges and family could be active measures in prevention and direction of the mental problems of students.
