摘要 目的通过对生前电击、死后电击及正常的皮肤组织运用Mowory(ABPAS)法和Alcian blue染色来鉴别生前电击与死后电击电流斑的不同。方法自行设计电击系统一套,雄性Wistar大鼠18只,分为:生前电击死组、死后电击组和非电击对照组,每组各6只。生前电击死组及死后电击组均于电击后即刻取电击处皮肤组织;非电击对照组脱颈处死后即刻取对应部位皮肤组织。三组皮肤组织均行中性甲醛固定,制成石蜡切片后分别进行Mowory(ABPAS)法、Alcian blue-核固红、HE染色。结果生前电击死组、死后电击组与非电击对照组皮肤网织层采用Mowory(ABPAS)法和Alcian blue-核固红法染色均有明显区别;生前电击死组与死后电击组大鼠皮肤网织层采用Mowory(ABPAS)法染色无明显区别,而采用Alcian blue-核固红法染色时生前电击死组网织层染色呈红色,死后电击组网织层染色呈蓝色,存在明显差异。结论 Alcian blue-核固红法较Mowory(ABPAS)法不仅对生前与死后电流斑的鉴定有重要的价值,而且有助于不典型电流斑的认定。 Objective To identify the antemortem and postmortem electric marks of skin by Mowory(ABPAS) and Alcian blue staining. Methods Eighteen rats weighing 190-210 g were divided into three groups randomly:antemortem group(n=6),postmortem group(n=6) and control group(no shock,n=6).After electric shock,immediately the skins were taken in antemortem group.After the rats were put to death,the shocked skins in postmortem group and the skins at the corresponding sites in control group were taken.The samples were placed in 10% neutral buffered formalin and paraffined for HE staining,Mowory(ABPAS) and Alcian blue staining. Results Compared with control group,the color of the collagen fiber in reticular layer was obviously different in antemortem group and postmortem group by Mowory(ABPAS) and Alcian blue staining.The color of the collagen fiber in reticular layer was not obviously different between antemortem group and postmortem group by Mowory(ABPAS) staining.While the color of the collagen fiber in reticular layer was red in antemortem group but blue in postmortem group by Alcian blue staining. Conclusion Alcian blue staining has more important practical value than Mowory(ABPAS) staining to identify the antemortem and postmortem electric marks,and it could help to identify the atypical electrical mark.
