摘要
昆钢制管公司设计制作了一种适用于中、小直径焊管生产的气压传动双工位焊管水压试验机。该机机组把焊管水压试验、成品收集、六角打包等工序组合在一台设备上，整机由可编程控制器自动控制气动回路及高、低压供水回路，实现了整机全自动控制，且结构简单、造价较低。
Two operating position welded pipe hydraulic pressure tester with penumatic transmission was designed for small and middle-sized welded-pipe manufacturer by Kungang Pipe-making Co.,Ltd. The function of hydraulic pressure test, finished products collection and hexagonal bunlding are all in one machine. The pneumatic circuit, high and low pressure water loop are automaticly controlled by PLC, which complements fully automatic control, also with simple structure and low cost advantages
