城市居家养老老人生活质量研究——基于上海市某街道的调查

A Study on the Quality of Life of the Urban Elderly Living at Home——Based on a survey of a community in Shanghai

随着我国老龄人口的增多,居家养老成为绝大多数老年人的选择。经济收入、社会支持、生活满意度等是影响居家老人生活质量的重要因素。上海市某街道的调查资料显示,城市居家老年人社会支持脆弱,心理健康需求得不到满足,尤其是女性老人和高龄老人的生活堪忧。为此,要完善社会保障制度、提高老年人收入,在社区层面建立专业的养老服务支持体系,倡导全社会关爱老年人,改善和提高老年人生活质量。

With the increase of aging population in China, elderly home care is becoming the choice of most senior citizens. Personal income, social support, life satisfaction are the important factors which affect the quality of life of elderly living at home. The data based on a random survey of a community in Shanghai show that the urban elderly are facing vul- nerable social support, unmet mental health needs, elderly women and the elderly at venerable age in particular. Therefore, to improve and enhance the quality of life of the elderly, we should perfect the social security system, increase the income of the elderly, establish professional nursing service support system at the community level, and advocate the whole society to care for the elderly.
