Early rice strain “5216” tastes excellent and is fit for many people.Yield comparison experiment and production experiment indicated that “5216” yield of grain 6000～6750kg/hm 2.As for cultivation it should be sown early at a proper time to keep enough basic seedlings.The best transplanting density of this strain is 13 3cm×10 6cm or 10 0cm×23 3cm.Applying N 300?kg/hm 2 showed highest grain yield in these experiments.
