摘要
河北某电厂2号机组旋流燃烧器锅炉掺烧了大量褐煤,高负荷运行期间发生锅炉正压过高、炉膛火焰消失情况,触发MFT保护动作的事故。技术分析结果表明为炉内可燃物爆燃导致灭火,在对锅炉进行停炉、调整燃烧器后,又在热态下对制粉系统进行了调整,锅炉燃烧已经稳定。实际情况表明应对措施得当。
A large number of lignite is mix burned in the No. 2 boiler with cyclone burners in a power plant in Hebei Province. During the high load running,the protection operating of Main Fuel Trip (MFT) was triggered by higher furnace pressure and flame disappearing. The technical analysis showed that it was caused by deflagration in the fur- nace. After taking some technical measures including furnace adjusting, thermal adjusting and adjusting the pulveri- zing system in hot state, the boiler combustion was stable, which showed that the adopted measures work well.
