黑龙江省高等院校健身气功课程开展现状与对策研究

The present situation and development countermeasure of Qigong course in institutions of higher education of Heilongjiang Province

运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,对黑龙江省高等院校健身气功课程开展现状和影响因素进行研究分析。提出将健身气功纳入到高等院校体育课程设置体系,并依据不同院校专业培养目标和学生体育健身需要设置健身气功课程方案;提高学校领导重视程度,加强专业师资队伍建设,建立师资培训基地和科研基地;健立健全组织机构,组建健身气功协会、俱乐部和练习站点;加大宣传推广传播方式等对策,推进健身气功进入高校体育课堂,使其成为高校的一门重要体育课程。

The thesis analyzes the present situation and influencing factor on Qigong course of institutions of higher education in Heilongjiang Province by literature, expert interviews, questionnaire surveys and other methods. And it put forward some suggestions and countermeasures. At first, Fitness Qigong should be included into college sports curriculum system. The qigong course plan should fit to the specialized training goal of colleges and universities and students＇ fitness need. Secondly, the leaders should take fitness Qigong seriously, strengthen the professional construction of teachers, establish teachers training base and research base. Thirdly, some organizations have to be established like fitness Qigong Association, club, practice site. At last, Fitness Qigong should be widely promoted in universities in order to make it be a course of college physical education.
