滇辽两地中年人体质特征比较研究

A Comparative Study on Physical Fitness Character between Adultsin Liaoning and in Yunnan

运用文献资料法、测量法、数理统计法，对云南与辽宁两地2010年体质监测中45-59岁人群的身高、体重等10项指标数据进行比较分析，了解不同海拔地区中年人的体质差异，为改善高海拔地区中年人体质健康状况提供依据与参考。研究结果表明：辽宁省中年人的身体发育情况总体好于云南省；辽宁省中年男性的收缩压与舒张压、女性的收缩压属正常高值范围，且明显高于云南省中年人；辽宁省中年人身体素质各项指标除平衡素质外均明显好于云南省中年人。

By using the methods of documentation, measurement method, mathematical statistics method and other methods, the population 45 to 59 old people＇s height, weight and other 10 index data in Yunnan and Liaoning in 2010 physique monitoring to understand the different altitudes middle-aged physical differences provide a basis to improve the health status of high altitudes middle-aged physique. The results show that： the physical development of Liaoning province middle-aged better than in Yunnan province; Liaoning province middle-aged men systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood, women of the systolic blood pressure normal high value range, and obviously higher than middle- aged people in Yunnan province; Liaoning physical quality index in addition to middle-aged balance were significantly better than the quality of Yunnan province of the middle-aged.
