Ode to the West Wind:From the Perspective of Transformation as Adaptation and Selection

翻译适应选择论以达尔文的生物进化论中的"适应/选择"学说为理论基础,提出"翻译即适应与选择"的观点。郭沫若所译《西风歌》,揭示出译者在翻译过程中的中心地位以及其对翻译生态环境的多维度适应和适应性选择。

Based on Darwin＇s theory of evolution,the theory of translation as adaptation and selection brings in the idea of ＂Translation as Adaptation and Selection＂.By analyzing ＂Ode to the west wind＂ translated by Guo Moruo,this paper tries to demonstrate the translator＇s central position in translating process and his adaptive transformation from three dimensions to the translational environment.
