摘要
面对外资商业银行的冲击,如何提高我国商业银行的竞争能力,是一个必须认真思考的问题。把关系营销的理念从市场营销引入到商业银行的运行中来,分析我国商业银行存在的问题,可以得出这样的结论:我国商业银行关系营销,目前还处于较低的层次上。因此,努力提升我国商业银行关系营销层次,是提高我国商业银行竞争力的关键之一。
The competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks should be considered to improve with the impact of foreign commercial banks.The concept of relationship marketing in commercial banks' operating helps to analyse the problems of commercial banks and concludedly,relationship marketing in Chinese commercial banks remains a low level and one of the keys to increasing competitiveness is to raise the level.
