海峡西岸经济区科技人力资源竞争力实证研究

An Empirical Research on Competitiveness of Human Resources in Science and Technology of the West Taiwan Straits Economic Zone

本文以海峡西岸经济区科技人力资源竞争力为研究对象,选择中国东部沿海六个经济区作为比较对象,运用基于AHP的竞争力综合指数法,对海峡西岸经济区科技人力资源竞争力进行实证评价。研究结果表明海峡西岸经济区科技人力资源的综合竞争力指数为58.39,在沿海七个经济区中排名第5位,科技人力资源竞争力位于沿海七个经济区中下游水平。同时提出了提升海峡西岸经济区科技人力资源竞争力的政策建议。

Using the comprehensive index method based on AHP, this article compares and assesses the competitiveness of HRST of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait with six economic zones which are all located in the eastern coastal areas of China. The assessment result shows that the comprehensive index for HRST competitiveness of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait is 58.39, ranked the 5th position among seven economic zones. At the same time, it puts forward policy suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of Human Resources in Science and Technology of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait.
