摘要
机组一次调频特性参数的在线监测对规范并鼓励机组充分发挥一次调频能力、维护电网稳定具有重要的作用,但分析方法的可靠性和自动发电控制指令变化的影响严重制约了在线监测系统的性能。发展稳定可靠的一次调频特性参数在线估计方法,提出在电网突发扰动后衡量机组快速支援能力的指标及其算法,将该算法应用于实际机组的在线监测,获得了准确有效的估计结果。所做工作为建立高性能的一次调频在线监测系统提供了理论基础,可为机组一次调频能力的在线评价及电网稳定性的分析研究提供更加精确可靠的调频指标和参数。
The online monitoring of primary frequency regulation parameters has important effect on specification, to encourage the fully utilization of primary frequency regulation and to maintain the stability of power grid. However, the performance of those online analysis methods is limited by its reliability and the effect of Automatic Generation Controlcommand. Reliable methods were developed for parameter estimation online. Some indicators and their estimation methods were proposed for the fast support ability after a sudden disturbance. The algorithms were used for practical generation units and the parameters were obtained. The work is helpful to build monitoring system with high performance and to provide accurate and reliable parameters for PFR performance online evaluation and stability analyses on power grid.
