摘要
由三乙醇胺,二氯亚砜合成三氯乙基胺盐酸盐,再与硫脲反应制得四异硫脲乙基胺盐酸盐,最后在氢氧化钠作用下与水反应后,采用二氯甲烷萃取得到了多元硫醇胺,通过红外、核磁、液相色谱对各阶段产物结构进行了表征,并通过化学分析计算了多元硫醇胺的官能度,为其固化研究提供了可靠依据。
The 2:2':2"- trichlorotriethylamine hydrochloride synthesized by the reaction of triethanolamine and thionyl chloride was reacted with thiourea and the tri - (2 - isothioureido - S - ethyl) amine tetrahydrochloride was obtained, then it reacted with water under the action of sodium hydroxide , after the extraction with dichlo- romethane, the multi - thiol amine were synthsized. The structures of products for every stage were characterized by IR, NMR and LC . The functionality of the multi -thiol amine was determined by chemical analysis and that provided a reliable basis for its curing study .
