摘要
为研究油棕新品种的遗传多样性,用ISSR分子标记方法对海南的12个油棕新品种进行了遗传多样性分析,结果表明:22个引物用于12个油棕新品种、48个单株材料的扩增,共扩增出185个位点,其多态位点百分率48.6%。不同品种的Gst值为0.5445,即54.45%的变异存在于品种间,45.55%的变异存在于品种内,说明遗传变异主要存在于品种间。据Nei-Li相似系数进行UPGMA分析,12个油棕品种分别聚为4个组:RY1号和RY9号品种各单独为一组,RY2、RY3、RY4、RY5、RY6、RY7、RY8号品种为一组,RY10、RY11、RY12品种为一组。
To study the genetic diversity of new varieties of oil palm,Inter Simple Sequence Repeat(ISSR)technique was used to assess the genetic diversity of 12 new oil palm varieties which came from Hainan.The results showed:A total number of 185 bands were generated using 22 ISSR primers for 48 accessions,among which 48.6% of the total bands was polymorphic.The Gst of oil palm varieties was 0.5445,indicating that most of the diversity(54.45%)was detected among varieties,while fraction(45.55%)within variety in generally. The results of cluster analysis based on Nei-Li coefficient revealed that these 12 oil palm varieties were divided into four groups.Varieties RY1 and RY9 took its owned group respectively;Varieties RY2,RY3,RY4,RY5,RY6,RY7 and RY8 were assembled in the same group and Varieties RY10,RY11 and RY12 in the other group.
