和谐发展视阈中云南民族团结关系论析

The Relations of Yunnan Ethnic Unity from the Perspective of Harmonious Development

民族团结是民族和谐的重要内容,是云南实现和谐发展的基本保障。由于历史上团结一直是云南民族关系发展的主流,再加之云南逐渐完备的民族法制体系、民族地区经济社会的快速发展和云南民族文化的多元和谐共生的现实基础,目前云南处于民族团结关系发展的最好时期,但由于影响民族团结关系和谐发展的因素客观存在,我们必须正视这些问题,立足实际,以科学发展观为指导,加快云南经济社会发展,用法律和制度协调民族利益、规范民族关系,加强民族区域自治制度建设,以社会主义核心价值体系引领和推动云南民族文化和谐发展,努力推进民族团结关系的和谐发展。

Ethnic unity is the focus of ethnic harmony, and it is also the basic guarantee to realize harmonious development in Yunnan. At present, Yunnan is in the best period of the development of ethnic unity relations due to the fact that unity was always the mainstream of the development of Yunnan ethnic relations in history. Further, Yunnan enjoys the gradually perfected ethnic legal system, the fast development of the economic society in ethnic areas, and the realistic foundation of the harmonious symbiosis of Yunnan ethnic culture. However, because of the existence of the objective factors which affect the harmonious de- velopment of ethnic unity relations, we must face up to these problems. We should be based on the reality, under the guidance of ＂Scientific Outlook on Development＂, speed up the economic development of Yunnan, coordinate ethnic benefits and regulate ethnic relations by means of law and regulations, and enhance the construction of the system of regional autonomy for ethnic mi- norities. Under the situation in which the system of socialist core values guide and impel the harmonious development of Yunnan ethnic culture, great efforts should be made to push forward the harmonious development of the ethnic unity relations.
