西部边疆少数民族地区医疗资源配置现状及问题研究——以云南省为例

Research on the Current Situation and Problems of Medical Resources Deployment in the Border Ethnic Areas of West China——with Yunnan Province as the Example

以云南省为例,通过文献调查法和深入访谈法,对西部边疆少数民族地区的医疗资源配置现状及问题进行深入分析。从而提出借助网络组织理论构建云南省医疗服务体系,优化云南省医疗资源配置的思路。

Analysis is made on Yunnan Province based on the literature survey and in - depth interviews concerning the current situation and problems of medical resources deployment in the border ethnic areas of west China. Proposals are made for the construction of health care system and the optimization in the allocation of medical resources in Yunnan Province.
