摘要
工科生的就业现状使得在校大学生面临着各种各样的心理压力,为了帮助工科大学生维系健康的择业心理从而顺利就业,本文从多方面阐述了如何对工科大学生的择业心理进行教育引导,对工科生的择业、就业必将起到很好的帮助作用。
Nowadays, the state of employment among engineering students brings them various mental pressures. In order that engineering students maintain proper attitude towards career - choosing so as to get jobs smoothly, this article describes an idea on educating and offering guidance to engineering students from many aspects. It will necessarily play a significant part in helping the engineering students with careerchoosing and careerpursuit.
