摘要
随着我国社会的不断发展以及日益与世界接轨,人们对普通高校成人教育发展战略提出了新的要求,使得普通高校的成人教育工作面临着较大的压力与挑战。因此,这就需要普通高校必须与时俱进,顺应成人教育发展趋势的变化,积极探讨发展战略,不断进行管理创新,这样才能在成人教育事业中开拓出广阔的发展空间。本文主要是对我国普通高校成人教育的发展现状进行探讨分析,从中找出问题所在,并提出相应的解决策略。
In China, along with the continuous development of society and the increasing connections with the world, new requests are made for adult higher education development strategy, which means both the opportunities and challenges for adult education in ordinary universities. Therefore, the ordinary university must keep pace with the time, conform to the developmental trend of the adult education, explore actively the strategy for development, and improve management so as to obtain further space of development. This paper discusses the current situation of the development in adult higher education and attempts to find out corresponding solutions to the problems.
