高校是培养人才之地,高校共青团组织作为高校的有机组成部分,应立足育人实际,立足党中央、团中央对新形势下共青团职能的定位,充分发挥自身特点,着力履行好"政治思想引领"、"服务"和"保健"三项功能。

Universities are the places where human talents are cultivated. Communist Youth League Organization is an organic part of the university. University Communist Youth League is supposed to set foot on practical work of education and to be established on the new definitions of its roles made by the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of Communist Youth League under new circumstances. It must fully apply its forces to execute in full swing the three functions of guidance, service and continual refreshing exercises of political ideologies.
