摘要
以上海深水港一期工程东海大桥工程桩基施工为例,提出了用钻石钢线切割机进行管桩切割的技术方案,介绍了切桩设备的选择及配备,以及管桩切割的施工工艺,经实践证明该工法切桩质量良好,并且提高了经济效益,对类似工程具有指导作用。
Taking the pile foundation construction of Donghai Bridge engineering of Shanghai Shenshui harbor phase I engineering as an example, the paper puts forward pipe pile cutting scheme with steel wire cutter, introduces the cutting pile equipment selection and fabrication and construction technology of pipe pile. Practice proves that the cutting technique has high quality and improves economic benefits, which will be some guidance for similar engineering.
