摘要
采用楔入劈拉试验对环氧树脂修复桥梁构件混凝土进行断裂能研究,首先对试件进行初次楔入劈拉试验,获得微粒混凝土的断裂能值,然后采用环氧树脂灌缝胶对已劈裂的试件进行修复,再进行楔入劈拉试验,测定注胶修复后的试件的相应断裂能,并与初始混凝土试件的相应值进行对比分析,试验后,试件的极限承载力和断裂能值都得到提高,说明环氧树脂修复桥梁混凝土具有较好的效果。
The paper studies the epoxy resin repairing fracture energy of bridge member concrete through applying wedge-splitting method. At first, it carries out preliminary wedge-splitting test and obtains the fracture energy value of micro-concrete, then, it repairs the splitting test member with epoxy resin joint-gTouting glue, and then carries out wedge-splitting experiment, testifies the corresponding fracture energy of the member repaired, and makes a comparative analysis with initial concrete member. In the end, it finds out that both the ultimate bearing capacity of the experimental member and the fracture energy value are improved, which proves that epoxy resin has great effect in repairing bridge concrete.
