摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立全桥模型,在自重和汽车偏载作用下,对箱梁进行受力分析,得出横隔板对于保证箱梁受力合理起到重要作用,但墩顶横隔板厚度对箱梁受力影响并不大,横隔板厚度的变化,对箱梁的纵向抗弯和横向抗扭影响都较小,仅对墩顶的拉应力影响较大,故在满足墩顶拉应力和支座处应力集中的情况下,可以适当减小横隔板的厚度。
Applying ANSYS finite element analysis software, establishing whole bridge model, under the action of bridge weight and unbalance vehicle load, the paper analyzes the stress of box girder, and finds out that horizontal diaphragm plays an important role in ensuring rational box girder force, while the diaphragm thickness of the top pier has little impact upon the box girder force. The change of horizontal diaphragm thick- ness has less impact upon the vertical box girder bending resistance and horizontal deflection resistance, has more impact upon the pulling stress of top pier. Therefore, under the condition of meeting pulling stress of top pier and stress concentration of the support, the horizontal diaphragm thickness should be appropriately reduced.
