用绿色原料甘油制备不饱和聚酯树脂的研究

介绍了采用生物甘油为原料制备二元醇,并合成不饱和聚酯树脂的方法。同时,研究了甘油不饱和聚酯树脂的综合性能,结果表明苯酐、顺酐、丙二醇、甘油、苯甲酸之间物质的量比为0.7:1.3:0.6:0.6时合成的不饱和聚酯树脂的综合性能最好,达到了通用型树脂的性能要求。

Dihydric alcohol is prepared by the biological glycerol, which is synthesized unsaturated polyester resin. And the over - all property of the unsaturated polyester resin is experimented. The result shows when the quality rate is 0.7： 1.3： 0.6： 0.6 between phthalic anhydride, Maleic anhydride, propanediol, glycerol and benzoic acid, the over - all property of the synthesized unsaturated polyester resin is the best, which can meet the property requirement of resin for general purpose.
