河南省女子排球运动后备人才的调查分析

Investigation of Women Volleyball Reserve in Henan Province

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法,以河南省女子排球后备人才为研究对象,对河南省女子排球运动后备人才的培养现状进行了调查研究,通过研究分析得出以下结论:我省排球后备队伍的培养工作目前在处于中等水平,教练员的综合素质有待提高,人才挑选缺乏科学依据。

By the methods of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview, data statistics and other research methods, the current training situation of female volleyball reserve in Henan province is investigated, focusing on the female volleyball reserve in Henan province. The result of the investigation and analysis shows that the work of volleyball reserve of Henan province is one the middle level, the quality of the coaches is to be improved and choice of the volleyball players is lack of scientific basis.
