近几年来,随着我国公路交通网规划的日益发展和完善,国家在公路建筑市场上的投资越来越多。如何合理的确定和有效地控制工程造价,取得较好的投资效益和社会效益,成为所有从事工程造价人员的重中之重。本文按公路工程建设的基本程序,从决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收五个阶段论述了如何进行公路工程计价的阶段性控制。

With the increasing development and perfection of the highway network planning in China, investment in the highway construction market is increasing. How to determine and control the engineering cost rationally and effectively to achieve better investment benefit and social benefit has become the focus of the engineering cost personnel. This paper states how to do stage control of highway project valuation according to the basic procedures of highway engineering construction, that is in five stages of decision - making, designing, bidding, constructing and the checking and acceptance of the project.
