摘要
职业人文素养教育不仅能培养学生的职业素养,还可以塑造学生健全的人格。本文针对高职生的人文素养现状和高职院校开设人文课程的现状,在教学实践的基础上,通过"职业人文综合素养"课程的开发和建设,提出切实可行的教学内容和教学方式,构建合理的课程体系,以期发挥课程教学主渠道的灌溉功能,全面提升学生的综合素养,增强学生的就业竞争力。
The education of professional humanities can not only cultivate professional quality of the students, but also can help shape their healthy personality. Based on the current humanistic situation of students in vocational colleges and teaching practice of the course of comprehensive professional humanities, this article put forwards some feasible teaching materials and teaching methods, aiming to develop the main function of curriculum instruction, to promote students' comprehensive qualities and to enhance their employment competence.
