通过分析济源职业技术学院维修电工实训过程中存在的实验台数少,设备陈旧、老化,教学成本高等现象,提出了一种电工实训装置的改造方案。经改造的实训装置具有布局合理、综合性强、维护方便等特点,同时大大降低了实训成本,实现了仪器设备、师资、课时量等资源的优化配置。

Through analyzing education cost in maintenance scheme on electrician training the situation of less experiment tables, out of date equipments, and higher electrician training at Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College, a modification device is put forward. The modified device has the advantage of rational layout, synthesis and easy maintenance, and meanwhile it can reduce the training cost greatly. The optimal allocation of equipment, teachers and class hours can be realized.
