E选择素基因A561C多态性与2型糖尿肾病的相关性研究 被引量：2

摘要 随着人民生活水平日益提高,2型糖尿病发病率不断增加,严重影响我国人民生活质量。糖尿病肾病是2型糖尿病最严重的并发症,是糖尿病患者死亡的常见原因之一。探讨糖尿病肾病的发病机制已经成为一个亟待解决的科学问题。最近的研究表明血清可溶性E-选择素表达的增加与糖尿病的发病密切相关,但E-选择素基因多态性与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究却一直未见报道。
