摘要
锌指蛋白是具有典型锌指结构特征的超蛋白家族,几乎参与了生物体生长发育的各个阶段,其中CCCH型锌指蛋白包含一个或多个由三个半胱氨酸和一个组氨酸组成的基序。本文综述了植物CCCH锌指蛋白的结构、作用方式、功能等方面的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Zinc finger proteins are defined as a superfamily with typical zinc finger domain and are involved in many aspects of plant growth and development. In which, the CCCH zinc finger proteins contain the motif with three cysteines and one histidine residues. In this paper, the research progress in structure, action pattern and function of plant CCCH - type zinc finger proteins were summarized, and their application prospect was also presented.
