Management of Lens Dislocation with Lensectomy and Vitrectomy Combined Suspended Intraocular Lens(IOL) Implantation

目的:探讨晶状体玻璃体切除联合悬吊式人工晶状体植入手术的临床效果。方法:对7例(7眼)晶状体玻璃体切除联合悬吊式人工晶状体植入,探讨手术技巧、疗效及术后并发症。术后随访3～6个月。结果:7例均一次悬吊成功,术后人工晶体正位。术后视力明显提高,未发现严重并发症。结论:晶状体玻璃体切除联合悬吊式人工晶状体植入术安全有效,但应注意术中技巧,掌握手术适应证。

Objective：To investigate the effects of lens dislocation with lensectomy and vitrectomy combined suspended intraocular lens（IOL）implantation.Methods：7 eyes with traumatic lens dislocation were surgically managed by lensectomy and vitrectomy combined suspended intraocular lens（IOL） implantation.To explore the skills of the operations,the operative effects and the postoperative complications.All the cases were followed up 3~6 months.Results：All the eyes were successful in suspension once,The position of IOL was normal.The vision of 7 cases rasied obviously,severe complications were not observed.Conclusion：Management of lens dislocation with lensectomy and vitrectomy combined suspended intraocular lens（IOL） implantation were safe and effective ways.Some skills were used during the operation and some operative adaptations were controlled.
