摘要 钯催化Suzuki偶联反应是有机合成中构建分子中碳-碳键的重要反应之一,由于该反应产物容易分离、催化剂可重复使用等特点,已引起人们的广泛关注.综述了近年来钯催化Su-zuki反应的研究进展,包括Suzuki反应机理、载体催化剂及其在有机合成中的应用等. Palladium - catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction to construct carbon - carbon bonds in the molecule is one of the important reactions in organic synthesis. The reaction product is eas ily separated, and the characteristics of the catalyst can be reused, which has aroused wide spread concern. This paper reviewed in recent years, palladium - catalyzed Suzuki reaction pro gress, including the Suzuki reaction mechanism, the carrier catalyst in organic synthesis appli cations.
