摘要 炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease,IBD）是一种慢性肠道炎症性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）和克罗恩病（crohn’sdisease,CD）,这两种疾病组织学上差异较大,但均有腹泻、便血、腹痛等消化道症状。UC的特征是炎症弥漫、反复发作,
