二甲基亚砜烟气脱硫及再生性能的研究

The performance study of the flue gas desulfurization with DMSO and the regeneration feature

摘要 采用DMSO作为新型的脱硫剂,通过小型填料塔吸收模拟烧结机烟气中的SO_2。进行了入口SO_2浓度、气体温度、气液比的单因素实验,再生实验。根据结果进行了正交实验。结果表明:最佳实验条件为入口SO_2浓度2717mg/m^3、气体温度75℃、气液比40。 SO2 in the flue gas from the sintering machine was absorbed through a small packed tower. The regenerative experiment and the single factor experiment were conducted by using a new desulfurizer DMSO. The concentration of SO2 at the entrance, gas temperature and gas liquid ratio were investigated. The results showed that the optimum condition was at the gas temperature of 75 ℃with concentration of SO2 2717mg/m^3 and the gas liquid ratio 40.
