摘要
桌式足球是一项新兴的休闲体育运动,它浓缩了足球的精华,集足球、台球、乒乓球等多种运动的技巧和趣味与一身,它既是健身益智的运动、又是娱乐休闲的游戏.本文结合桌式足球的具体参赛经验,探讨和论述了桌式足球运动的比赛方法、比赛特点,并探析了桌式足球的锻炼价值.
The game of table football is a kind of relatively new sports for relaxation. This sport con- tains the essential of football ,and combines the techniques and interest of several sport, such as foot- ball,billiards and table tennis. Table football is a game which can keep people fit,help people to pro- motementality,and is also a game for recreation and entertainment. The methods, characteristics of competition and the value of practice was mainly discussed in this paper.
