摘要 总结投产2年来的生产经验及工艺改进,对比1.6m^2极板24小时电解工艺,阐述了2.6m^2大型极板48小时电解配套机械剥锌电解工序投产初期,阴极质量控制及生产组织过程中电耗控制的要点与差异,讨论了2.6 m^2大型极板48小时电解生产过程的常见问题及对策。 The production experiences and technological improvement for two years after commissioning were summarized.Compared with the 24 hours electrolysis technology adopting 1.6m2 plate,the points and differences of cathode quality control and power consumption control in production organization process were presented at the early stage of commissioning of electrolysis process with mechanical stripping of zinc in the 48 hours electrolysis technology adopting 2.6m^2 large electrode plate.The common problems occurred in production process of 48 hours electrolysis technology adopting 2.6m^2 large electrode plate and corresponding measures were discussed.
