摘要
对巴彦淖尔紫金公司20万t锌冶炼生产系统中广泛使用的SITRANS.FM型电磁流量计进行深入研究分析,阐述了电磁流量计的工作原理、分类、优缺点,从仪表性能、被测介质特性、实用性等方面总结了选用电磁流量计的原则,结合实际对电磁流量计的选位、安装、维护、故障处理提出了建议。
The SITRANS.FM electromagnetic flowmeter widely used in 200 000t zinc smelting production system in Bayannaoer zijin non-ferrous metal Co.,Ltd.was studied and analyzed deeply.The principle,classification, advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic flowmeter were presented.The principle of selecting electromagnetic flowmeter was summarized from aspect of flowmeter performance,measured medium characteristics, practicability and so on.Based on the practice,the suggestions for selection,installation,maintenance and failure handling of electromagnetic flowmeter were put forward.
