低浓度锌液废水处理工艺研究

摘要 本文采用化学沉淀法对废水中低浓度锌进行处理,以氧化钙为沉锌试剂,在加热的条件下主要考察了氧化钙用量、温度等因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明:氧化钙用量为1.25 g/L,温度为55℃,反应时间为1 h时效果最佳,可以将废水中的Zn^(2+)浓度降低到0.37mg/L以下达到排放标准。 The low-concentration zinc in wastewater was treated by chemical precipitation method.Taking calcium oxide as reagent for removing zinc,the influence factors like amount of calcium oxide,temperature,etc.on test results was investigated under heating condition.The test results showed that the best effects could be realized when the amount of calcium oxide was 3g/L and the temperature was at 55℃,the concentration of Zn^2+ in wastewater could be reduced to below 2mg/L to meet the requirment of discharge standard.
