主体创新意识的不断升华和深化,自觉性不断提高,便形成一种相应的人格品质,这就是创新精神。邓小平、江泽民对创新精神作出了富有时代特征的阐释。创新精神是民族振兴的灵魂,是创造者进行创新实践的强大动力。要培养创造性人才的创新精神,就应当注重培养学生的创新意识和与创新相关的人格品质,例如,冒险精神、对科学的兴趣和执着的追求、坚定的成功信念,注重培养学生批判性的学习态度等。
