摘要
京承联络线潮白河大桥的索塔顶横梁构造复杂,永久结构预埋件和施工预埋件种类、数量繁多,施工工艺复杂,占用工期较长。针对这一特点,索塔横梁支架设计了两种不同方案:钢管立柱支架方案与桁架组合构件支架方案,从结构受力、可实施性、安全性、经济性等方面综合比选,选择了有利于索塔顶横梁施工的技术方案。
Considering the fact that the lateral beams at the top of the cable tower of the Chaobai River Bridge of the Beijing- Chengde Liaison Railway are complex in structure, the number of the types of embedded parts for permanent structures and construction is large, the construction processes are complex and the construction duration is rather long, two different schemes are designed for the brackets: the scheme of steel pipe column supports and the scheme of truss-combined member supports. Upon the basis of comparing the different situations of the forces of the structure, the feasibility, security, economy, etc. of the two schemes in an all-round way, finally chosen is a right technical scheme, which greatly facilitates the construction of the lateral beams at the top of the cable towers.
