摘要 随着桥梁设计的发展,近几年出现了拱肋为钢方箱型的拱桥,其造型更简洁、明快,更适用于城市的景观设计。以往的钢方箱拱桥制造均是以折线构造曲线,而厦门五缘大桥(原名为钟宅湾大桥)的制造是以曲线构造曲线。以此为例介绍了拱桥中曲线钢箱型拱肋的制造技术难点和工艺措施要求,主要包括腹板及上、下盖板和隔板单元的制造、钢拱肋节段组装精度控制、钢拱肋节段箱匹配及接口间隙的控制方法等。这些技术均可为其它类似的箱型拱肋及箱型杆件的制造提供借鉴。 With the development of the design of bridges, steel square-box-type arch bridges with box-type ribs have come into being in recent years. Being simple in shape and concise and lively in structure, steel box-type arch bridges tend more to be in agreement with the design of other urban scenery in style. As is known to us all, the making of all the steel square-box-type bridges in the past used to be based on forming curved lines with fold lines. However, the Wuyuan Bridge (originally named the Zhongzhaiwan Bridge) located in Xiamen is a steel arch bridge based on forming curved lines with curved lines. With this steel square-box-type arch bridge as a practical example, in the paper dealt with are the technical measures and technical difficulties in the fabrication of curved-lined steel arch fibs,including the fabrication of web plates, upper and lower cover plates, diaphragm units, the precise control of the assembly of steel arch rib segments as well as the control methods of matching different steel arch rib box segments,and interface gaps. All these techniques can serve as a useful reference for the fabrication of other types of steel box ribs and box-type members.
