胃癌根治术后并发胃瘫综合征的高危因素分析及其护理对策分析

The Analysis of the Risk Factors and Nursing Strategies for Concurrent Gastroparesis Syndrome after Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨胃癌根治术后并发胃瘫综合征的高危因素及其护理对策。方法:选取胃癌根治术后发生胃瘫综合征的患者70例及同期未发生胃瘫综合征的患者230例,回顾其临床资料,统计胃瘫综合征的高危因素及影响因素。将胃瘫综合征患者随机分为有可比性的两组,分别给予常规护理及全面护理。结果:胃瘫综合征的发生与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),而与手术时间、是否伴发疾病、心理应激反应以及不良进食过程有关(P<0.05);焦虑患者及引流欠佳的患者胃瘫持续时间及住院时间均延长,经过全面护理的胃瘫综合征患者及家属对护理满意度明显优于常规护理者,上述比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:了解胃癌根治术后并发胃瘫综合征的高危因素对其尽量避免,给予胃瘫综合征患者积极有效的护理,有利于提高胃癌根治术后患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the risk factors and nursing strategies for concurrent gastroparesis syndrome alter gastric cancer. Methods：70 cases with postoperative gastroparesis syndrome and 230 cases of patients without gastroparesis syndrome the same period after gastric cancer were chosen. The clinical data was taken for review, the risk factors for gastroparesis syndrome and its influencing factors were taken for statistics. The patients with gastroparesis syn- drome were randomly divided into the comparable two groups, respectively were given routine care and comprehensive care. Results：The occurrence of gastroparesis syndrome had nothing to do with sex and age （P〉0.05）, but it was related with operative time, concomitant diseases, psychological stress response, as well as poor eating process （P〈 0. 05）. The gastroparesis duration and hospital stay were prolonged for anxiety patients and drainage poor patients. The stomach paralysis syndrome patients and their families on nursing satisfaction by comprehensive care were significantly superior to the group with conventional care, the above difference was obvious, there were statistically significant（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：To understand the risk factors for concurrent gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer and try to avoid its occurrence9 and give active and effective care for the patients with gastroparesis syndrome, can help to improve the quality of life for patients with gastric cancer,
